OrendaCore — Frequently Asked Questions

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During high-demand periods processing may take a bit longer — we’ll keep you informed by email.

Once your order ships you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. If you don’t receive it within 3 business days, contact us at support@orendacore.com.

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

We stand behind our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as common digital payment methods depending on your location. All payments are processed securely.

Customs duties and taxes vary by country and may be charged upon import. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Contact your local customs office for details.
